Online Return Policy

We want your online shopping experience at Inglasco.com to be enjoyable, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, and any additional fees.

The following are required when returning items for a refund:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• The item must include all documents, parts, and accessories.

• The order packing slip.

• The receipt (printed copy).

Please refer to our warehouse return instructions when sending back your item. The postmark date of the return package to our warehouse will be considered the return date. If you need to return an item after 30 days, please contact our online customer service at: claims@inglasco.com or 1-888-563-2205.

Our online return policy applies only to purchases made on Inglasco.com. Any claims regarding an Inglasco Inc. product purchased from one of our retail partner stores and/or online stores are the sole responsibility of that retailer.

Warehouse Returns

If you wish to return an item(s) to our warehouse:
To start the return process, please contact our online Customer Service at claims@inglasco.com or 1-888-563-2205 to obtain your Return Authorization Number. Inglasco Inc. will not accept items delivered for return without a registered Return Authorization Number.

All pre-existing labels on the outside of the package must be removed before shipping. The postmark date of the return package will be considered the official return date.

Your refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s).
