Return Policy

We want your online shopping experience at Inglasco.com to be fun and for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping, handling and other additional charges.

 

To start your return process:

A Return Authorization Number is required to return any merchandise. Please email Customer Service at: claims@inglasco.com or call 1-866-563-2205 ext. 4077 to receive your Return Authorization Number. Inglasco will not accept delivered items for a return without a registered Return Authorization Number. Your refund will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase within 30 days of receipt of the returned item(s).


Requirements when returning items for a refund:

  • item must be unused and in its original condition
  • item must be in its original packaging
  • item must include all documents, parts and accessories
  • item must have been received within 30 days of delivery
  • include the packing slip (order delivery note)
  • include the receipt (printed copy)

 

Our online Return Policy only applies to purchases made directly on Inglasco.com. Any claim relating to an Inglasco product purchased from one of our retail partners, in-store or online, is solely the responsibility of that retailer.
