Refund Policy

We want your online shopping experience at Inglasco.com to be fun and for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping, handling and other additional charges.

 

Please see our Return Policy section should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to arrange a refund.

Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please click on the link below and complete all required information within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Should your package(s) not arrive, you must communicate directly with the transport company to open a tracking/claim.  Inglasco Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, lost or stolen packages must be claimed directly with the transport company.

 

Our online Refund Policy only applies to purchases made directly on Inglasco.com. Any claim relating to an Inglasco product purchased from one of our retail partners, in-store or online, is solely the responsibility of that retailer.
